FILES READY TO CONTINUE THE CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT IN OSCHERSLEBEN

The 3rd round of the ADAC TCR Germany takes place for the second time in Oschersleben.

The track layout will be slightly different than in the opening round held at the end of April as the track reverts back to its fast turn 1 last used for car racing in 2006. After Scoring 3 victories and 1 Podium out of 4 Races and with a 55 point championship lead Files is looking forward to being back on the track.

TCR Germany is supporting the global TCR International championship and it will be therefore interesting to compare the performance of the many different teams throughout the event. Due to his victories Files has to carry the extra 30 kg of Success Ballast for the second event in a row.

A 40 car Grid will ensure once more great Touring Car Racing. After Free Practice on Friday and Qualifying on Saturday morning the 30 min races will be on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning - both races will be Live on TV (Sport1) and  as well on the Organisers Website and Social Media.

“This is going to be a tough one! Since round 1 in Oschersleben I have gained 30kg of success ballast, the Seats and Volkswagens have both lost 50kg and the Audi 20kg, so I am really up against it this time. But you know me, I will give it everything and race to win in full attack mode!” exclaimed Files.

"I am also really happy to announce a new personal partnership with PROFI-CAR - Specialist for Engine Oils, Care Technology and Highly concentrated additives Products - all made in Germany. I am really looking forward to flying the flag for the brand at the front of the TCR Germany field and I look forward to the start of a long term relationship."
